Hello, I’m Adele, a Level 3 Sport Massage Therapist.

I studied BSc Equine science at uni with a particular interest in posture and biomechanics of riders and their horses.

Being mum to an ice hockey player who is constantly moaning of tight calves and married to an accident prone husband that likes to push his body to the limits, this got me interested in how sports massage therapy can help.

I’ve always had a keen interest health and well-being, I’m currently studying a nutrition and weight management course and planning to study level 4 in massage therapy.

I’m originally from Lancashire, and moved to Eccleshall in 2015 with my husband and 2 children. In my spare time I enjoy hikes with our Labrador and watching my children play their various sports including ice hockey, tennis and cricket.
